Skiing at Auronzo
The Auronzo Misurina ski area is part of Area no. 1 of Dolomiti Superski, together with Cortina and San Vito.
Skiing in Auronzo is on Mt. Agudo on nearly 20 kilometres of slope with two ski lifts one of which is a rapid automatic coupled quad chair lift. The slopes have assured snow cover and are suitable for skiers of all ability levels from children who can learn at the ski school slope with tapis roulant and baby skilift and more skilled skiers who can try out the very steep black run this year.
There is a wide range of restaurants which includes ski bars, restaurants and refuges and the ski rental service at the bottom of the ski slopes is always fully equipped with the most modern equipment. The upper part of Mt. Agudo (max. height 1585 metres), part of the Marmarole massif, offers an unequalled view of Auronzo town and the Tre Cime di Lavaredo.
