Our newly built apartment house MOUNTAIN LODGE ( completion December 2011 ) delights with its modern architectural style, including extensive gardens, terraces and balconies - harmoniously integrated into the heart of Mayrhofen and the mountains of the Ziller-vally.

Our apartments offer high quality housing in a simple, elegant design. Natural oak flooring in all living areas, heated by underfloor heating, ensures a pleasant and hygienic indoor environment.
Spacious living/dining areas invite you to enjoy social evenings "at home". Also, the separte, individual outdoor areas provide the necessary atmosphere to feel well all around you.
All apartments are equipped with shower/bath/WC, hairdryer, Safe, cable TV, W-Lan, balcony/terrace, sitting area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee-pad machine, toaster and many more....
All prices are from-to-prices including tax and an occupancy of 4-8 persons, excluding the final cleaning and the local tax. If you are interested in the additional service "breakfast buffet" so it costs € 17,00 per person/day. The apartment prices are depent on the number of people staying overnight.
When making your reservation, we allow ourselves to take an immediate down payment of 40% of the total package. Only on receipt of the down payment your confirmation has its validity. At the latest upon arrival we require a deposit of € 300,00 in CASH per apartment. This is refunded on departure (after inventory check) in cash.
