Almost 30 internationally recognized artists realized their ideas and visions on various themes at several woodcarver symposia. In total, 60 impressive sculptures between 3 and 12.5 m high were created. 33 of them form the Art & Culture Experience Hiking Trail. The starting point of the experience trail is the Place of the Elements, where 4 symposium trees are located. Along the path, you will find wooden artworks with seating options to linger and rest and sculptures symbolizing the 4 elements. At the village entrances (towards Weitra and towards Engelstein), there are eye-catchers.
Start at the Place of the Elements - go towards Engelstein - turn back at the cemetery/village exit and now go towards Weitra to the village exit - turn back again and go back to the marketplace via the side path past the Schagginger department store - then head towards Harmannstein, towards Kreuzberg/Sonnenwelt/zodiac park - pass the BETZ/elementary school and turn right towards Pension Bruckner/zodiac park - once you reach the entrance to the zodiac park, head towards Sonnenwelt - then return towards the marketplace and the Place of the Elements.
