It´s located in the centre of the Warth-Schröcken skiing resort which has 66 km of pistes all categories. This is one of the few skiing resorts which has heated seats on its chair lifts. The entire Warth -Schroecken region has lots snow, with the season beginning in December and ending in April.

Schroecken apartment is located in Sportappart Hochtannberg and has been completely renovted. The balcony affords a superb view of the Alpine panorama.
