The location of the Unterwimms*** could not be more ideal, with a view of the mountains, a few steps to the Flying Mozart and all the facilities at Kirchboden.
The rooms offer space for 1-4 people in different categories. You can start the morning with a breakfast buffet 7.30-9.30 am.
Alpine wellness can be experienced at the Unterwimm*** in our wellness oasis (Mon-Fri,Sun 16.00-19.00) with sauna and infrarod cabin,
On our lounge furniture in the outdoor area you can simply let your soul dangle and enjoy the mountain sun.

The central location of our rooms is ideal for your winter holiday. With us you stay close to the lift and the slopes: In approx. 80 m you can reach the Flying Mozart I gondola lift, which takes you directly to the boundless skiing pleasure of Ski amadé, a ski school, ski rental www.sport-factory.at Partner and the artificial ice rink.

Swimming fun in any season awaits you at the Wasserwelt Wagrain, a 3-minute walk away. Numerous restaurants can be found in the vicinity, a supermarket with ATM is just a 3-minute walk away.
