Fire Lily Meadow

A rare natural spectacle can be observed every year in Perchau.

Fire lilies bloom in a meadow on the so-called Lurgeralm. The plant needs three years to form the flower from the moment of germination. Therefore, the fire lily meadow is a nature conservation area and may only be mowed by hand every three years.
