Chalet an der Piste - Kaprun

Chalet an der Piste is in the middle of hiking and (e-)bike trails in summer. There are 2 separate apartments in the house. The view is spectacular looking out on the glacier, various mountains, the golf course, the thermal spa and Lake Zell in the distance. The chalet is your base for an active and relaxing holiday where you can do many sports and enjoy culture, bars and restaurants. The chalet is spacious and luxuriously furnished so you can enjoy a great holiday. It is possible to rent one of the luxury flats with a maximum of 11 people. If both flats are rented together, up to 22 people can be accommodated. As such, this chalet in Kaprun is also suitable for large groups, with a larger composite family and (multiple) families who want to enjoy a holiday together.

The furnishings of Chalet an der Piste in Kaprun are of high quality. Imagine sitting on a nice couch, eating and playing a game at a spacious table and sleeping in a good bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a Siemens refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic stove, and dishwasher. Of course, there is also a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine: choose between a Nespresso, Senso and filter coffee machine, depending on your needs. Basically, everything you need at home. Watch the photos and videos you've taken on a Sony large-screen OLED TV with Sonos sound or stream a nice movie with your friends. You also have a beautiful view of Lake Zell, Kaprun, the Maiskogel and the glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn at any time of the year. While the ski room is used for ski and snow materials in winter, it offers a washing machine and dryer from May to September. The house is heated by an environmentally friendly heat pump.

Chalet an der Piste: Your home on holiday!

Zell am See Kaprun is just as versatile in summer as it is in winter. Besides hiking and (electric) cycling, you can do many other sports. On the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun, you can toboggan all summer long and ski in part of the summer. In the Zeller See you can swim, sail, kite- and windsurf, sail a sloop or go behind a speedboat with a banana, wakeboarding or water skiing. Furthermore, you can go horse riding, paragliding, tennis, volleyball, golf, rafting etc. in Zell am See Kaprun in summer.

If the weather is not so good, you can swim in the Tauern Spa Kaprun or in the indoor swimming pool in Zell am See.

In Kaprun you can visit two reservoirs at an altitude of about 2000m, from where you can look up at the glaciers that feed the reservoir.

Zell am See and Kaprun have many shops, restaurants and cafes, so fun is not missed out either.

In short, all the ingredients for a wonderful holiday are there!

During the high season weeks in winter, the minimum overnight stay is 7 days. Arrival and departure are on Saturday. After Easter until the week before Christmas the minimum stay is 3 days and you can arrive and depart on any day.
