A day's walk through the Valsorey valley to reach the hut of the same name before returning to Bourg-St-Pierre on a panoramic trail.

Departure from Bourg-St-Pierre.
Go up the road then the path towards the Valsorey-Vélan huts. Go through Cordonne, Chalet d'en Bas, Chalet d'Amont. There, the paths separate. Take the one on the left to start the last winding climb up to the Valsorey hut. From the Valsorey hut, follow the panoramic path which will offer you magnificent landscapes. Pass through Botseresses, Grande Penna, Pointe de Penne, Tita de Bour, Challand d'en Haut, Azerin and return to Bourg-St-Pierre.
