Description: The flowing trail on Torrent stretches from the Rinderhütte down to the "Torrentalp" middle station. It was designed in such a way that all mountain bikers can master it without hesitation in dry conditions. The route is integrated into the landscape and has an average gradient of 10%. In combination with the local topography, there are waves and hollows, small jumps, as well as various curves and berms - and those who want to also take off! But don't worry, only those who want to. A biking highlight in Leukerbad that you should definitely not miss.
Note on cable car operation: Please note that the Torrent cable cars take a break over lunchtime. In late autumn, the gondolas in Flaschen are no longer in operation. A trip up the mountain is then only possible with the Leukerbad aerial cableway.

Equipment: Do you need a rental bike? The RelAction sports shop in the village rents out Giant mountain bikes at top conditions.
Safety instructions: Use marked bike trails and routes only, making sure you observe all signposting. Kindly close gates after passing through. Please be considerate to walkers, as well as to plants and animals. As a rule, walkers have priority. When planning, take into account participants’ fitness level and ability. All riding is at one’s own risk.
Tips: After rain or especially in autumn, the trail can be slippery and wet. A good tyre tread is imperative. For beginners, the trail is only recommended in dry conditions.

Public transportation: Leuk can be reached by train (SBB), then by bus (LLB - Leuk Leukerbad Bus Reisen) to the starting point in Leukerbad.
It is advisable to reserve a place for your MTB via resabike.
