Enjoyable tour, riding your e-bike or mtb, which allows you to admire the Piné Plateau from above and breathe the crisp air down till the Buse lake, all seasoned with some tasting of dairy products, cured meats, honey and local cuisine.
It is possible to lengthen the itinerary by taking the cycle path that starts from Baselga di Piné and runs along the two lakes of the Plateau.

Start at the church in Piazze di Bedollo, near the main church.
Follow the minor road to Varda, and then follow a short stretch of cycle path to the signpost for Bedollo. From here begins the climb through the village to the Agritur Le Mandre and then to the Baita Alpina restaurant. Here a contemplative stop at the lakeside panorama and a good tasting is a must.
For those with more legs and the pleasure of doing more climbing, by MTB or E-MTB, it is possible to continue along the dirt road to Cros del Cuc (1500 m), with a privileged panoramic view of the plateau and the mountain groups in the distance.
Descend along the road until just before the third hairpin bend, along the cobbled road and continue along Via Amortin. At the "della Cros" hairpin bend (at a white cross) take the dirt road to the right until the fork (after about 200 metres). Follow the small valley road (to the right) going through vegetable gardens and animal pens. At Sine, pass a fork with a forest road and proceed downhill to the asphalt road. The route to Lago delle Buse is on the same asphalted road through the countryside. A stop at the shores of the lake is recommended. From here, it is possible to climb to the nearby village of Brusago, where there are a couple of excellent restaurants.
From here, a cycle path runs parallel to the provincial road until reaching the village of Piazze.

The roads, trails, and ski slopes indicated are often used in the opposite direction as well, so keep an eye out for hikers, other cyclists, and vehicles. On trails and other narrow roadways, pay close attention to hikers and slow down or stop as seems appropriate under the circumstances.
