Description
The Siegerlandhütte is located on a hill at 2,710m - right at the foot of the highest mountains in the Stubaier Alps.

The hike starts at the Windachalm / Fiegl's Hut and continues through the wide Windach Valley to the Siegerland Hut.

Enjoy the view of the gentle pastures, deep gorges, a waterfall and glacier cuts.

Directions
The hike starts at the Windachalm / Fiegl's hut.

From there you cannot miss the wide path up through the Windach Valley. On this path you hike about 3 km to the junction to the Hildesheimer hut.

From there the path becomes more narrow. You cross a stream and then continue to the material cable car of the Siegerlandhütte.

After the cable car, a marked route leads up in steep curves to the Siegerlandhütte at 2,710m.

The descent follows the same route as the ascent and takes about 3 hours.
