Description: Take the Wiedersbergerhornbahn up to the top station at 1.811 m. Follow the A40 path to the peak. After you've passed the ski lifts you can circumnavigate the peak in either direction. The views over the surrounding valleys are spectacular.

The undulating route covers approx. 200 m elevation along gentle ascents and descents.

Tip: a detour to the peak is well worth the extra walking time! The views over the Alpbach, Ziller and Inn Valleys and farawa peaks is stupendous. The path up to the peak is easy to negotiate and suitable for families; approx. 1 h from the top station.

Safety instructions: There are a few exposed sections on the way to the summit, but these can be easily avoided.
Tips: For dog owners:
€ 4,50 fee for dogs for the trip with the Wiedersbergerhornbahn up to the mountain station. Only one water trough along the path! On reaching the top station we recommend taking the (Teichweg) path down to the middle station. Your four-legged friend will rejoice in the plentiful waters along the way!
