Brief description: A high alpin Tour with a fantastic crag- and ice landscape.
The ascent to the hut takes 4 h. There is a 1201 altitude difference. The anticlimax takes 2,5 h.
A trip to the Parstlewand takes 2,5 to 3 h. Back from there takes 1 to 1,5 h.
The anticlimax over the Mttelbergsee to Trenkwald.

Description: From the Hotel Kirchenwirt down to the Pitze and over the Bridge. Westward up to the waterfall of the Lussbaches, then to the Plangerossalm. Here you can see a wonderful flower field and you have a fantastic view to the Watzeapitze. After you have to go westward into the valley. After the debris hills you can see the Kaunergrat hut. Form the hut you can also go to the Verpeilspitze.

Just northeast of the hut rises in the east of the Verpeilspitze a brow of a hill, which is the Parstleswand. From the alpine cabine you get a good visibele path to the east grout and through it easily leads to the peak.
