Description: Under the southern walls of the mighty Zugspitze massif we start this fun tobogganing tour. On a groomed driveway we race down in many curves from the Ehrwalder Alm to the valley station of the cable car.Every Tuesday and Friday, if there is enough snow, the illuminated valley run of the Ehrwalder Alm belongs to the tobogganists in the evening.
Directions: We use the Ehrwalder Almbahn as a comfortable ascent aid and quickly reach the top station at the Ehrwalder Alm. The first part we still pull our toboggan or we can use ski snowshoe SNOOC, but then the descent is curvy and quite steep. Shortly before the end of the toboggan run, it becomes straighter and flatter, so that we can let our toboggan run out at the bottom station.
