The Bolle di Magadino, a nature reserve of international importance, is an exciting medowy countryside and one of the last natural deltas in Switzerland. To discover it and learn more about it, there are information boards along the marked paths. A simple walk that has its charm in every season and presents itself from a different interesting side. In winter it is a rather barren place, which makes it very mystical. If you are lucky, you can see wild animals here during the winter months. It is advisable to visit the Bolle di Magadino in the afternoon, as they are shaded in the morning hours.
Magadino can be reached by boat from Locarno. On foot you then reach the Bolle, where the various walks are indicated on a board.
