Monday: Guided farm tour with farmer Georg and a fresh cheese workshop including 850 g of your own self-made fresh cheese to take away.
Tuesday: Hiking day with host Anita in the region.
Wednesday: Bread baking workshop with a loaf of your own bread to take away.
Thrusday: Visit at a local fruit schnapps distillery with tasting of high quality spirits. Next stop is at the hotel's fish ponds for a fishing and barbecue evening.
