The nature trail is intended to awaken understanding for nature and show interesting facts about the life of bees.
The romantic honey trail begins at the Anger open-air swimming pool, leads along orchards, past a rustic cider tavern, to the fairytale forest settlement. You walk through shady forests, along the banks of a wild brook to the romantic "Mill in the Fairytale Forest".
Along the way you will find information boards about the life and the products of the busy bees as well as about many plants.
Enjoy the East Styrian fauna and flora along the edge of the forest, far away from stress, past biotopes and quiet path crossings that invite you to linger.
The wonderful sight of the Styrian farmer's garden and the view of the village of Anger, the Zetz and the alpine region (Sommeralm) give this hike an additional charm. At the halfway point of the trail, you will reach the bee facility.
In addition to a show hive where you can observe the organized life of the bee colony, there is also a bee colony with a wild hive that lives in a hollow tree trunk. The trail continues to the village of Fresen. Here in the village you have the opportunity to buy from the farmers East Styrian specialties(meat, farmhouse bread, eggs, brandies, etc.).
