Our house is located in a large, decorated flower garden, 1 km from the city center.

You can reach the hiking buses, cable car, sport rental stores, Adventure clubs, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, etc. all on a level path.

We offer tastefully and cheerfully decorated apartments in the 1st floor for 2 - 5 persons with 1 - 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, TV, Internet Wi-Fi, balcony and view of the experience mountains.

The kitchens are equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, sink, fridge, dishwasher; Toaster, grill toaster and an oven is provided on request.

The balconies feature Marqiesen, table, chairs and sun loungers.

SERVICE: As a special treat, we invite our guests to a Almtag on our own hut. After a hike, there is a coffee break and regional delicacies.

For relaxation our beautiful garden with little pool (5 x 3 m), trampoline, swings, garden furniture, barbecue and enough chairs. In the house - our Finnish sauna, which is always ready for you.

Every morning the baker delivers fresh breakfast pastries. Or choose breakfast and HB arrangements in the Hotel Mitterhofer**** next door.

We also offer a games and table tennis room as well as car parking.
