Chalets Schladming

Location
About 500m above the World Cup location Schladming, right in the center of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region and in the middle of the "Ski amadé" we built four Luxury chalets with their own indoor pool as a connection to the existing Schladming hut village.

Distances
City of Schladming with excellent gastronomy, pubs, après ski, shops, bakery 500m. There is a shop in the centrally located reception hut (open during the main season), where you can get drinks, pastries, pizzas, groceries and cigarettes. In the hut village there is also a 300m² swimming pond and a small playground. Wonderful hiking or mountain bike routes from the house, golf 6km, rafting 3km. Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site!

Equippment
The chalets have 3 floors and an entrance in both the basement and the upper floor. There are 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a pull-out couch (160cm x 200cm) for up to 2 children with satellite TV and a private bathroom/toilet. The house is ideal for 12 people, but with the couches, up to 24 people including children can be accommodated in the hut. Upper floor: entrance, ski boot dryer, ski depot, toilet. The living room has a real hut flair: Here you live under the massive open wooden ceiling under the roof, through the large windows there is a nice view of the surrounding mountains, to the large terrace and towards the sunset. The living room has a cozy couch corner with a view of the central fireplace, also satellite TV, sitting area at the large table, kitchen corner perfectly equipped for self-catering! There is an electric stove, oven, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a beer dispenser (beer you get at the village). 1 bedroom with double bed, couch, satellite TV, own shower / toilet. MIDDLE FLOOR: Here are 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and, if required, a pull-out couch (160x200cm) with satellite TV and own shower/toilet. In the basement is the large wellness area with its own pool! On 100m² you will find a sauna, infrared cabin, showers, toilet and a fitness room! Here is also the 6th bedroom with double bed, pull-out couch, satellite TV and shower / toilet. Cloakroom, entrance area. The huts are made by local craftsmen and using the best materials, offer every comfort and have a very special feel-good atmosphere. Central heating with pellets, mostly underfloor heating, high-speed W-LAN available. On request high chair, cot. We ask you not to smoke in the huts! In front of the hut there is a sun terrace with seating and a garden with a barbecue area (OFYR Grill). There is also a bread service! Youth groups or party groups are not allowed.

Additional charges on-site subject to minor changes:
Electricity according to the consumption € 0,50/kWh, local tourism tax € 2,50 + operating costs currently € 1,-/person/night, final cleaning € 450,-. Deposit € 1.000,-. Bed linen can be rented for € 8,-/set, towels for € 4,-/set.

Other:
The price is valid for 12 people. In addition, a maximum of 2 children (0-14 years) are possible per room. Additional bed, couch or cot for children (0-14 years) in the winter high season (Christmas/winter holidays/high season) € 25,- other season € 15,-/child/night.
