The herbal nature trail leads from the Mooserboden reservoir to the rustic Fürthermoar Alm farm and inn. Along the path you can discover the unique flowers and plant life of the Upper Tauern mountains. The path repeatedly offers breathtaking views of the high mountain landscape with the Glockner Group, the reservoirs and the "Steinernes Meer" ("stone ocean").
With a walking time of 45 minutes (one direction) and less altitude difference , the herbal nature trail is also very suitable for families. H
Your hike begins at Bergrestaurant Mooserboden and is well marked all the way. From the Fürthermoar Alm farm and inn you have the option of returning by bus to the valley or to the Mooserboden. Of course it is also possible to hike in the opposite direction.
