Trail No. 41 as far as the Goiserer Hütte. Now hike back a little to the Schartenalm,with the path soon branching off to the right. Follow the ground markings across theWiesalm, and then, after a short and relatively steep hike down, you will come to theNeualm (1238 m) where path No. 38 brings you back to Russbach in ca. 1 1/2 hrs.

Coming from the A10 motorway, take the exit Golling direction Abtenau and Russbach. From Bad Ischl you drive via Bad Goisern and Gosau to Russbach.
