From the Seepark in St. Martin in a northerly direction, taking a footpath alongside the main road (B166) to the church square. Turn left there and head west to the Knablhof, and uphill to the Buttermilchalm (Stamp, 4 Points). Past the Buttermilchalm, then turn left after 100 meters, continuing uphill to the north-west and the Ostermaisalm (Stamp, 8 Points). Make a right here and hike north-west to the Karalm (Stamp, 8 Points). Turn right before the Karalm, making your way eastwards downhill via the Einfang, past the Buttermilchalm, and back to the start.
