Leos Art Trail

Numerous artworks line the 3 km long circular trail, designed by sculptors and painters, who took a critical look at topics such as home, nature and tradition. The artists designed theirs pieces of artwork, which are embedded in the natural surroundings, in such a way that they express their personal vision and point of view. Each sculpture has a story to tell, opens up new perspectives and tackles with current topics - touching cultures and generations, respectively. At every artwork, you find information boards, which give you precise details about the artists and their ideas and concepts. The Leo's Art Trail represents everything exept for standstill. The trail represents permanent progress and has been expanded ever since it was opened. Let the artworks inspire you and enjoy this thrilling and living art trail!

The starting point of this circular art trail is at the valley station of the Asitzbahn cable car. From here you walk along the river Leoganger Ache until you reach the hotel Bio Hotel Rupertus. Then you walk in the direction of the Epic Bikepark Leogang. Above the Bikepark you walk along the bottom of the Asitz mountain. Then back to the hotel Riederalm. From here, the starting point is only a stone's throw away.

BY CAR

From Saalfelden or St. Johann in Tirol on the B164 to Leogang. The valley station of the Asitzbahn cable car is located 4 km outside of Leogang in the direction of Hochfilzen.
