- Description
-
You start the bike tour in Lofer in the Salzburger Saalachtal. There are two options here. You can either take the Almbahnen I & II cable cars to the Almenwelt Lofer or you can cycle along the mountain road for around 8 km and 700 metres in altitude to the Almenwelt Lofer.
Once at the top, you first head towards Haus Schönblick, then on to the Mittlere Fußtalstube, Möseralm, Tanzanger and on to the Kreuzstube. Turn right here and continue straight ahead on an easy route to Moarlack.
Follow this path to the Friedlwirt in Unken and continue to the main road.
Here you also turn right and cycle along the Tauern cycle path to Reith. In Reith you leave the Tauern cycle path and return to Lofer via Au to Scheffsnoth.
