Grafenbergrunde (16)

Promising, not too difficult loop in the anterior Kleinarltal.

From Wagrain we start south towards Kleinarl along the state road until we leave it at the hamlet of Feuersang after about 4.2 km to the right. We now move about 500m altitude south of the Saugraben through the dense and stony forests, without the slope of the forest road becoming too big. After crossing the Saugraben, the route turns north and you drive curvy and with great views to the Berggasthof Höllenstein (only open in winter), the highest point of this circuit. Along the slopes of the Snowspace ski area, later over the rural slopes at the entrance to the Kleinarltal valley, we descend into the valley floor and follow the main road back to the starting point in Wagrain.
