Description
This stage contains no single trails or passages for pushing the bike. The shortness of the tour with its 42,4 km is on purpose due to its unique occurrences.

Next to the beautiful nature the following attractions and highlights may contribute making this tour an unforgetable experience:

The lake Fuschlsee, the culinaric stops, the lake Hintersee, a sidestep to a waterfall, a possible canyoning tour and a final refreshment in a guesthouse well known from an austrian TV series.
Directions
The digital information board at the seaside is the start for many leisure activities in Fuschl. Here you can download also the stage Berge Seen 2.

You can start with a refreshing jump into the lake, before you start the tour in direction to the headquarters of Red Bull, which is located directly next to the main road Wolfgangsee Bundesstraße. The cycle track leads slightly upwards in direction to Hof. After about 200 m (km 1,1) we turn to the left in order to take a side road in direction to Perfalleck. The uphill brings us after a few turns steep up to the Perfalleck in 822 m (km 3,4) Here we enjoy the panoramic view. At the crossing Tiefbrunnau (km 3,8) we turn to the left and after 2,25 km (km 6,1) we turn to the right into a forest road. We follow this road  to Grögneralm and turn after passing the Grögneralm at the crossing (km 8,4) steep upwards to the left to the Hatznalm.

The Hatznalm (km 9,1) is on the right side and offers refreshment and a possibility to charge the battery.

At the downhill of the Hatznalm pay attention to the signs. We follow about 3,5 km the road leaving the Hatznalm. At a crossing (km 12,6) we go straight ahead.

Now the are some turns downwards in direction to Hintersee. At the crossing at km 14, the ways leads after a bridge upwards to the Sonnenweg.

We carry on our tour upwards until the next crossing (km 15,7), where we go straight ahead. Soon we shall have a beautiful view from the Hintersee to the Gaisberg, which is the local mountain of the city Salzburg. A downhill leads us to the Hintersee. We reach there a nice inn for a snack and refreshments and even a bath in the lake is possible.

Now we have to take the road 1,4 km in direction to the village Hintersee and turn to the right (km 23,9). There is the possibility to stop for an refreshment at the west shore of the Hintersee. Otherwise or after that we carry on in direction to Faistenau. Always follow the signs Berge Seen S800. After the Seestüberl we take a few meters the road, which we leave to the right at km 27,8. Then few meters on a gravel raod, which goes steep upwards to the left (km 28) . This gravel road we shall follow until the Hinterseestraße (km 28,9) and turn then to the left to the center of Faistenau.

In the center of Faistenau we can make a break or we follow the road through the village about 500 m until a small tarmac road leads steep downwards to the Lidaunstraße (km 30,7), which we follow 2,1 km until we almost reach the Jausenstation Ebnerwirt (km 32,8). At this point the tarmac road turns into a gravel road, which takes us 700 m steep downwards in direction to Vorderschroffenau. We turn to the left and a tarmac road leads us to Ebenau. In Ebenau we don't cross the river, we turn to the left before that and go along the cristal clear Schwarzbach until the center of the village.

From the center of Ebenau we take the Wiestal Landesstraße (km 36,7), follow it for 900 m, so that we turn at the lowest point of the tour (590 m, km 37,6) to the left to the Strubklammstraße. Always upwards we carry on our tour passing the Seewirt with a view to the Almbach.

Take particular attention at this part of the tour. The road is tight and in summer time there is also traffic. In order to be noticed please use a light on your bike.

After a few kilometers we leave the Almbachstraße (km 41,8) and turn to the left upwards in order to reach finally our aim of the day, Faistenau (km 43,0).

Additional information
As new figures on the playing field of mountain and recreational sportsmen, we E-MTB riders have a special responsibility to behave appropriately.

In Graubünden bikers and hikers share the paths. A project that should set a precedent. But this can only be done with mutual respect. Black sheep throw us back years.

With common rules of play, we ensure that the forest will continue to provide a unique recreational and living space as well as jobs for everyone in the future.
