Steinwand round tour

You can bike to the beautifully situated Hochnössleralm via the slopes where the skiers carve in winter. Detours to the high rope course and the Mühlenweg are worthwhile.

You start at the Radstadt town square and drive down the Moosbühel to Simonystraße. Then you follow Simonystraße to Tandalierstraße. From there you continue towards Altenmarkt, via Kellerdörfl to Zauchenseestraße. At the Steierwirt you follow the MTB signs SW22 to the left. Turn right onto the Bifangweg and past the Hochnössler. Along the forest road to the Wolfsgrubenhütte. After 700 m ascent, it goes downhill on the left in serpentines to Zauchenseestraße. Turn right at Zauchenseestraße and after 400 m change left to the forest road. At the fork, go right back along the forest road towards Altenmarkt. You cross Zauchenseestrasse twice. At the Steirerwirt you take the same route back to Radstadt. This leads you again via Tandalierstraße, Simonystraße and Moosbühel to the town square.
