Grossarl: Breitenebenalm

From the village center of Grossarl, you cycle along the cycle path towards St. Johann.

After the Grossarler Genuss, you cycle upwards. You pass several houses and farms, you finally reach the Sonneggbrücke, which is a very popular starting point for many hikes.

Via the forestry road, through the forest you reach the Breitenebenalm. Shortly before this mountain hut there is a game reserve.

On the Breitenebenalm you are spoiled with delicacies. Particularly popular are sweets such as apple sweets or freshly baked cakes. They taste particularly good on the large terrace. For the children there is a playground, ponies and a petting zoo.

After your break, you cycle back on the same route.

From the village center of Grossarl, you cycle to Unterberg. You cycle across the large parking from the mountain railways and take the cycle path towards St. Johann. At the bridge, cross the street and follow the cycle path to hotel Schiederhof. At the Wimmbrücke (Grossarler Genuss) you turn right to the Sonneggweg. Follow this road to the Sonneggbrücke, then take the forestry road on the right (no. 70/67) to the Breitenebenalm, 1,420 m.

Back on the same route. There is some traffic to the Breitenebenalm.
