The MOBO107 is the world's highest fixed climbing route directly on a dam.
By means of a little flying fox you get to the start of the via ferrata on the dam. After a fixed ladder, steel ropes and footholds, a rope bridge is waiting at the end of the climb. The most challenging part of the via ferrata is the so-called "swing," which however can also be bypassed. The via ferrata on the dam has a difficulty level of A to B with a C variant (swing).

For all novices, in cooperation with a mountain guide, VERBUND offers guided via ferrata tours upon request on the dam or in the climbing arena, followed by climbing in the climbing garden, including rental equipment. Information and registration at +43 (0)50313-23201.

Basecamp MOBO107 is located at the Mooserboden kiosk. Via ferrata equipment can be rented there daily during opening hours.
