On this themed walk you will learn more about the diversity of forms, the rich flora and fauna, special types of cultivation and the impressive size of the Schwägalp moor landscape. Get to know its inhabitants: interesting animals such as the black grouse, the forest lizard or chamois and rare plants such as the exotic-looking cranberry and the carnivorous sundew. In addition, this theme trail provides you with a lot of interesting information about the origins of the moors: from the Ice Age to the first raised bogs in the alps and pre-aps.
