Apartment in Umhausen - the heart of the Ötztal - for rent!
Location
Our self-catering apartment is ideally located in the middle of the Ötztal for all kind of mountain sports within the areas of Ötz, Umhausen and Längenfeld.
Close to the apartment is the Ötzidorf as well as the swimming lake of Umhausen.
The crags near Umhausen, the famous via ferrata at the Stuibenfall, the villages Ötz and Längenfeld can shortly be reached by car.
In Umhausen there is a bakery, a supermarket and a tourist information.
About 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is also a bus-stop.
The adventure-park AREA47 is about 16 km away.

Our apartment is sized 87 m².
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a lounge , dish-washer, fridge, coffee-machine, microwave and a cooker. The flat has 2 sleeping rooms each for 2 persons.
There is also a big living room with sat/tv which offers sleeping accommodation for one further person if needed and of course a bathroom and separat WC.
Other
In front of the house are two parking-places for free. The w-lan works in the whole flat and is also for free.
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment!
