Rofan cable car

The mountain station of the Rofan cable car in Maurach is the starting point for wonderful hikes, via ferrata tours and climbing in the Rofan mountains. The cable car is at 1,840 meters above sea level.

The gondolas take 5 minutes to carry visitors to an elevation of 1,840 metres, providing an excellent starting point for beautiful hikes. Climbing enthusiasts will find numerous crags to practice their skills. The Adlerhorst, a viewing platform at an elevation of 2000 metres which resembles an eagle's nest, offers a fantastic 360-degree view of the mountains.
Adventure seekers can fly like an eagle through the mountain air on a zipline with the AIRROFAN.
