Starting from the Cravasco church, climb on the Provincial road up to Passo della Bocchetta, a pass where you can fill up with water. Leave the asphalt behind and turn onto the wide AVML Alta Via dei Monti Liguri paved path that reaches Monte Leco. Not far from the high antenna, leave the paved path. Take the long and scenic track that traverses the southern slope of Monte Leco. The single-track section, rock-strewn and somewhere loose, will be appreciated by the riders who love technical terrain. Keep riding at that elevation and enjoy the breathtaking views of the whole valley below, until you reach the wide meadow on the ridge. Stay on trail up to Colletto di Prà di Len, then leave the marked AV trail to continue onto the left track that cuts across the whole southern slope of Monte Taccone. The trail is very narrow, exposed and rough. More than once you will need to hike the bike; however, along the portage section there is a well marked spring where you can fill up with water. Reaching Prato Perseghin follow the track to your left marked red XX; the descent, really scenic, soon becomes very technical and even though it never gets really extreme, you should focus and be precise with your riding. The whole trail is sprinkled with passages on rocks and exciting switch-backs. The last section of the trail, often dirty and washed out by the rain, can be loose and strewn with big rocks: mind them, you may need to get off the bike and walk through this section. After a beautiful stone bridge, you will soon reach the first group of houses of Cravasco village, with the last water point of the route. Turn left and continue on asphalt; you will soon be back on the Provincial road that takes you back to the start.
