Boutique Hotel Sabine **** is a small half-board (including breakfast and dinner) hotel situated in the midst of the Arlberg area. Our house is furnished with antiques from all over Austria. We have 13 rooms: triple, double, single as well as suites.

The morning starts off with a breakfast buffet. In the evening our chef Sabine will conjure international and national delicacies for you.
For the wine selection our diploma certified sommelier Sabine is responsible. Enjoy the taste of a good Austrian vintage... Sabine will be happy to assist you.
A relaxed atmosphere in a comfortable parlour, sitting next to an open fireplace while drinking hot spiced wine and relaxing in each others company is one of those things every winter sports enthusiast enjoys.

Our house is located at 1690 m above sea level in the heart of the Arlberg ski area with its 85 lifts and its 276 km-long normal and 180 km deep snow ski-runs.
Oberlech is situated on a sunny plateau about 300 meters above Lech.
It is connected directly to the center of Lech via a cable car that can be used between 7 am and 1 pm nonstop with the ski pass.
The cable car station can be reached directly by a tunnel system from our house.

Explanatory notes
Our prices are inclusive prices per person and day with breakfast EXCL. Visitor's tax OF EURO 3,50.
Tourist tax will be charged separately from the age of 14. (Proof of age required!)
For bookings of less than 5 days, a short-night surcharge will be added to the room rate! CHILDREN up to 5 years from Euro 85,00 with breakfast.
The price includes two DAYS OF REST. (Tuesday & Thursday)
NO dogs allowed!
Due to the Non-Smoker Protection Act, our establishment is a NON-SMOKING OPERATION!!! Therefore, in ALL our premises is NO SMOKING!
A garage place costs Euro 30,00 per car per day! If you leave your car longer than 11:00 am in our garage, Euro 55,00 will be charged.
Ski passes of all kinds can be purchased directly against cash payment at our reception...!
