It is located in the heart of the wooded countryside, where farming is the main activity of around forty active farms with 2700 ha of agricultural land.
Touristic places :
- Horses are very important in this town, as evidenced by the Poissardière stud farm, stable of Nicolas Touzaint, Olympic team champion in 2004 and the Courlais stud farm.
- The picturesque Hameau des Marais and its very beautiful abode and chapel, with its beautiful marble altar.
