Welcome to Kappl!

Spend unforgettable holidays among one of the most stunning mountainous regions of the Tyrolean Alps!
Our house was built in 2006 and is located in the centre of Kappl close to the Silvretta Bundesstraße, the main connection to Ischgl, where unlimited ski fun and endless slopes of natural snow await you from November until the start of May.
Our spacious and stylishly furnished apartment provides enough space for up 8 to 14 persons making it ideal for fun-filled holidays with family and friends. There is enough parking space in front of our house.
The cable car in Kappl is a two minutes’ drive away and it takes you only about 7 minutes to reach the cable car in Ischgl. In winter the free ski bus stops right in front of our house.

Kappl is among the most beautiful ski areas in Tyrol. In summer it’s a paradise for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. Discover the sheer endless entertainment options the Paznaun Valley offers for the whole family!

The Apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor and provides enough space for up to 14 persons. It features four bright double rooms, four bathrooms with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. There is a sofa-sleeper in every room. The spacious living room and the adjoining kitchen are beautifully furnished in modern design and are ideal if you want to spend an enjoyable time together with family and friends.
The apartment is very bright and provides everything needed to instantly make you feel at home and the terrace and the balcony guarantee a marvellous view over the Paznaun Valley!
