In the immediate vicinity of the Pass da Roda is the Bergalga Pass, which offers an easy connection to the north to the fertile alpine pastures of Val Bargalga, which are part of the large basin of the high valley of Avers.The route can be started from Soglio or from Casaccia through the less steep Val Maroz. The two paths cross shortly before the Pass da Roda.
