Description

From the Blessing Hut it is a flat stretch over the lower Blessing Ground. From point 2092 the ascent begins in northeasterly direction on a ridge. After 230 meters of altitude difference you reach the upper Segensboden. The trail continues in a westerly direction to the Fil de Cassons. Always on the right hand side with a wonderful view and on the left hand side the upper Segensboden.For a safe descent via Ils Cugns and Sura Cassons to Startgels good conditions are necessary.

The question about the right equipment for ski touring is not easy to answer! It depends on the season and weather conditions as well as the type and duration of the tour. Furthermore, the difficulty and sea level and other factors have to be considered! Basically: as little as possible, as much as necessary!
