- Description
-
This ski tour follows the signposted snowshoe trail and is therefore the ideal ski tour for beginners. The tour starts at the Hubelmatte, from where the route leads across fields and through clearings in the forest through the Summerwald, not far from the impressive Iffig Falls, which are frozen in winter. The rest of the ascent to the Pörisgrat ridge leads through unspoilt winter landscape in open terrain. On the ridge, which is more of a broad ridge than a crest, the panorama of the Albristhorn, Metschstand and Oberlaubhorn is definitely worth a break and a photo. The descent follows back over the ridge to the Lischböden, from where it goes through wooded areas from clearing to clearing, hopefully through the finest powder snow, back to the Hubelmatte.
