The "Heilklimaweg" starts at the tourist information office and leads along "Franz-Schubert-Straße" to the old "Hilfshof". Immediately afterwards, the path branches off to the left and crosses the valley to the old "Escheckstraße". Turn right and follow the yellow diamond uphill to "Escheck", which is the only ascent worth mentioning.
Cross the B500 main road at "Gasthaus Kreuz". After about one kilometer of level walking on the asphalt road, turn left to "Schaiben". This path leads downhill through "Baslertal" and via "Höfle". Here you can marvel at the monument to the birthplace of the cuckoo clock. You then return to the starting point via "Moos", "Sägloch" and "Landschaftsgarten".
