Allegra illa Chasa Pro la Tuor - Welcome to the cozy 4½-room apartment for up to 6 people - with a spectacular view of the roofs of Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites.

The apartment is located in the house and stable part of an Engadine house, which were combined in 2004 to form an exclusive apartment. The large round windows in the apartment allow nature to enter and fill the living space with the Engadine sun. Shops, the Ardez restaurants and the Ardez train station are within walking distance.

In the bright and tastefully furnished apartment (approx. 120 m2) you can enjoy your vacation all round.
The living room impresses with the cozy sofa corner and the reading armchair. From there you can let your eyes wander through the large arched windows on Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites and let your soul really relax. The open kitchen is equipped with every comfort and has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The large dining table invites you to eat or play together. The three bedrooms are equipped with single beds (2x 90x200 / 1x 80x200). Two baths allow everyone to start the day relaxed in the morning. One is equipped with a double sink and bath / toilet, the second with shower / toilet. The apartment has a covered balcony to the east, and another on the south side of the house.

Location of the apartment
The approximately 120 m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old Engadine house, which is directly attached to the historic tower (Romanesque Tuor) from the 13th century. The train station is a three-minute walk from the house. There are also parking spaces available at reduced prices. You can go shopping in the local shops in the village.
In winter, the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railways can be reached by train in 10 minutes or by bus taxi from Ardez directly to the valley station of the chairlift in Ftan (during high season)
