Sleeping: In the penthouse you’ll find 4 comfortable bedrooms with double beds (180x200) with enough storage space and smart tv. A bunk bed with 2 additional beds (80x200) is located in bedroom no.3.

Living & eating: The spacious living and dining area leaves nothing to be desired, seating and relaxation options for 10 people with large panoramic windows with a view of the Heukareck. In the media area you will find a smart TV and a bluetooth box. Free WiFi is available throughout the penthouse.

Kitchen: The open modern kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find all common devices for your vacation kitchen.

Baths & Sauna: The apartment has 3 adequate bath rooms with toilets. The house's communal sauna can be used for a small fee. A separate toilet is present.

Terrace: The terrace has sun all day and is 65 m². A large garden table, a lounge corner and sun loungers offer everyone the opportunity to find their own space. A charcoal grill invites you to barbecue.

Sankt Johann, less than 5 minutes by car, is a pleasant town with many shops, restaurants, a bank, sports facilities (swimming pool, fitness, tennis) and a train station.

In winter, the ski area extends from Alpendorf, Wagrain, Flachau, Kleinarl to Zauchensee (over 200 km). In addition, with the same Ski Amadé pass you can also ski in other ski areas without having to pay more.
In summer, the Geisterberg is a true attraction for children and hikers, accessible with the same ski gondola.
There are several 18-hole golf courses in the area.
Salzburg is a 45-minute drive away.
