Chalet an der Piste

Chalet an der Piste is a ski-in ski-out chalet in Kaprun with 2 separate apartments. The chalet is spacious and luxuriously furnished so you can enjoy a great holiday. It is possible to rent one of the luxury flats with a maximum of 11 people. If both flats are rented together, up to 22 people can be accommodated. This makes this chalet in Kaprun also suitable for large groups, with a larger composite family and (multiple) families who want to enjoy winter sports together.

The interior of the Chalet an der Piste in Kaprun is of high quality. Consider yourself sitting on a nice couch, eating and playing a game at a spacious table and sleeping in a good bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a Siemens refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic stove and dishwasher. Clearly there is also a toaster, water kettle and coffee machine: Chose between a Nespresso, Senso and filter coffee machine to match your needs. Essentially everything you need at home. Watch the photos and video you made on a Sony large screen OLED TV with Sonos sound or stream a nice movie with your friends. You also have a beautiful view of Lake Zell, Kaprun, the Maiskogel and the glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn at any time of the year. Underfloor heating completes the pleasure when you have cold feet after skiing. A heated boot rack in the ski room ensures dry boots the next morning. The house is heated using an environmentally friendly heat pump.

Of course you can snowboard and ski during the day and in the evening, but other winter sports are also popular. Here is a comprehensive list that comes to mind: cross-country skiing, ice skating, tobogganing, touring skiing, off-piste snowshoeing (special routes), freeride skiing and snowboarding (special off-piste routes, low and high jumps, rails and an Olympic-size half-pipe), Nordic walking, horseback riding and horse-drawn sleigh rides.

During the high season weeks in winter, the minimum overnight stay is 7 days. Arrival and departure are on Saturday. After Easter until the week before Christmas the minimum stay is 3 days and you can arrive and depart on any day.
