Simply enjoy beautiful holidays in a dreamlike landscape in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps. Instead of everyday stress, we offer you peace and serenity in our renovated and lovingly maintained house and garden. Starting point for wonderful hikes and mountain bike routes. In Winter we are directly connected to the skiing areas of Kitzbühel and Westendorf. The Ki-West and Pengelstein valley stations can be reached by bus in a few minutes. The bus stop ist only a few steps away from our houses.
Alpine touring persons and hikers can begin their tour directly from our house.

Our house is run as an apartment with four separate bedrooms. Every room is equipped with shower and toilet, TV, radio, haridrayer, safe and WIFI.
Our infrared cabin is free of charge and is good for your body. Each application corresponds a mild endurance training which strengthen the organism.

In the basement there is a generously equipped kitchen with lounge. Our lovingly tended garden offers space for relaxation. We are also happy to provide you with a bread roll delivery service.

We make an effort to serve our guests a comfortable, relaxing und unforgettable vacation and are looking forward to your arrival.
