Situated at the forest edge in Madseit our quiet location invites everybody to have relaxing and unwinding days while still offering a central starting point for all your activities.

Cross country skiing trails and hiking paths are passing in front of our house. Enjoy a hiking tour in Winter wonderland or have fun with a tobogganing/sledge ride.
The ski areas Hintertux Glacier and Zillertal 3000 are only 3 km from our house and can be reached by car (free parking at the cable car stations available) or by bus every 15 minutes free of charge.

Do not miss out on traditional food in one of the restaurants nearby!

Apartment for 2 to 4 persons:
Our cosy apartment is situated on the 1st floor and consists of 2 bedrooms (double beds) with washbasin, safe, separate shower and toilet. Kitchen with sitting area, TV with DVD player, coffee machine, kettle, dish washer, microwave and electric stove.

Further amenities: free WLAN/WiFi, bread service on request, skiroom and footwear dryer.

Additional costs: Local City Taxes, final cleaning fee
