- Most central location in Gargellen, only 2 minutes on foot or 200m to the valley station of the Schafbergbahn
- Sauna (on the sauna days) and WLAN in the house can be used free of charge
- Free heated ski and shoe depot in the house
- Garage spaces for a fee of 10€ per day/per car. It is not possible to reserve parking spaces in advance.
- 150 meters to the Gargellen children's area or Madrisa practice lift behind the house
- Large free car parking lot in front of the house
