Our newly built house is located on a sunny and quiet little hill just above the village center of Flachau. Restaurants, supermarkets, ski schools, après ski, ski rentals etc., all facilities are close by within a walking distance of 2 minutes!!

In summer, our house is surrounded by lush-green meadows; in winter, we are close to the ski slopes. Three perfectly equipped holiday apartments for 2-5 persons are available for you.

Winter:

•The ski slopes and cross-country ski tracks (Snowspace Flachau) lie within a walking distance of 5 minutes. Leave your car where it is, the free-of-charge ski bus stops next to our house (100m).
