4 Edelweiss means: First-class accommodation with very comfortable, tasteful furnishings, spacious, bright rooms, friendly, harmonious and with a special flair for sophisticated living requirements. High-quality furniture and floor coverings in mint, flawless and immaculate (well-kept) condition. Certification by the Tyrol Private Landlords Association.

A lot has happened during the more than 50 years of existence of our parent house 'Haus Martha'. Structurally, but of course also digitally! Parallel to our 50th anniversary, we have also expanded our presence on Instagram and Facebook and are delighted to welcome you here as a guest. In addition to impressions and information about our wonderful region, background information about our houses, holiday bargains and last minute information, you can always see all the news and highlights on our social media channels!

In our new GRUBIGSTEIN flat, you can enjoy the integrated Swiss stone pine wellness cabin with two infrared deep heat loungers! Our Zugspitze flat also has a new 70m² outdoor area. Here you can also relax in a fragrant new Swiss stone pine cabin.

A special highlight of our Zugspitze and Sonnenspitze holiday flats are the four-metre-high panoramic windows. Feel close to nature and enjoy comfort and cosiness for the whole family!

The valley station of the Marienberg cable car is just a three-minute walk away. In summer you can start numerous attractive hikes from there and in winter a family-friendly, multi-award-winning ski area awaits you on the Marienberg.
