Skiers on the Zwölferhorn will only find the cable car in operation from winter 2001/2002 onwards. In good snow conditions the downhill run is prepared so that skiers can go down into the valley or to the Laimer lift.

The Zwölferhorn, due to the peculiarity of its slope, offers skiers and snowboarders at all levels of expertise interesting runs. Hence families with varying degrees of ability can ski together on the Zwölferhorn. While the advanced can ski down the steep slope, the others can take the easier routes.
