Our modern and beautifully furnished Tyrolean wooden holiday houses (superior class) are situated in the village of Niederau amidst the Kitzbühel Alps. The holiday village enjoys a sunny and central, yet quiet location (150m from the main lift), all of which makes your holiday an unforgettable experience! It is not only the quality of our holiday homes that is so impressive, but also the generous layout, plus the three bedrooms, which enable our guests to feel right at home. Each holiday house has 110m2 of living space and the high decorative standard, quality of furnishings and spaciousness, make this accommodation ideally suited for a relaxing family holiday. We pride ourselves on our many returning guests and are especially pleased with the repeat comments from them, “as soon as we arrive in our holiday house, it always feels as though we have ‘come home’ – we feel so comfortable here!” The fully equipped kitchen, the cosy living room and the three attractively furnished bedrooms leave nothing to be desired. The holiday houses have free Internet access, satellite TV and DVD playeras standard and the comfortably furnished terrace invites you to linger and relax a while! Our guests are especially appreciative of the lovely location of our holiday houses, and for the duration of their stay, if so desired, they can park their car next to the house – all amenities are within easy walking distance. Not forgetting our little guests, we have a brand new adventure playground, with slide, swings, climbing tower and playhouse etc. As of December 2009, our guests can relax and unwind in our new ‘Wellness Centre’ with a sauna and infrared cabins. This is located right next to the Holiday Village Wildschönau (in Apartment House Vicky) and is free of charge to our guests.
